The Strategy & Solution

Converted static themes into a flexible, modular layout builder, allowing merchants to compose storefronts visually. Bridged engineering friction by creating "Scenario-Based Documentation" and introducing proactive QA loops. Additionally, I built a custom designer scoring matrix and "Action-First" onboarding system to scale the team efficiently.
